The following words and terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "tak66" — This website and all services, products, and features under it.
• "User" or "you" — Any person who has created an account on the tak66 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — A registered individual user profile on tak66 and the means of accessing its services.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, cashback, or reward granted by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit" — The process of sending funds to a user's account.
• "Withdrawal" — The process of receiving funds from an account.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on tak66, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request an identity document or other proof to verify your age. If it is proven that a minor has used an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of these Terms, and tak66 reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel any bonuses.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Users must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account. tak66 has the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided. Users are responsible for updating their information whenever it changes.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at tak66 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), applicable for each payment method. Accepted payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits and withdrawals must be made under the same identity.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases involving identity verification or additional security checks.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

tak66 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if there is suspicion of financial irregularity, fraud, or illegal activity. In such cases, the account may be placed under investigation and the user may be asked to provide additional information.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus up to a maximum of ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is not completed, the bonus funds may be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the tak66 platform.
• Each user may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• tak66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be closed.

tak66's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier placement is determined based on overall activity and participation on the platform. tak66 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tak66 platform:

• Operating an account under another person's identity or committing identity fraud
• Abusing the bonus system or using fraudulent betting strategies
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources
• Interfering with any software or system of the platform
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct against other users
• Conducting transactions through third parties
• Using any automated software or bots

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, tak66 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

7.1 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account login credentials confidential and use a secure password. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, report it immediately to [email protected]. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

7.2 Data Protection

tak66 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Prolonged inactivity on the account
• Legal or regulatory reasons

Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

tak66 makes every effort to ensure a safe and reliable service. However, tak66 is not liable for the following:

• Disruptions to gaming sessions caused by internet connectivity issues or technical faults
• Issues arising from the user's own device or network
• Interference by unauthorized third parties
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
